Let Dashboard redirect to login page when not logged in

Hello! The Other Site has this nice feature that redirects u from the dashboard to the login page when ur not logged in yet. I don't keep cookies and use a bookmark to go to my dashboard, so on The Other Site on first access I get a login page instead. I think this would be a nice little feature, I hope you consider adding this! Thank you!

Additionally, idk if this is already a thing but my autotype keeps fucking up so I wanted to ask if, when reaching the login page, the cursor automatically starts at the 'username' field. Thanks again I hope this isn't too annoying!
