Currently showing and hiding 18+ content is an account wide setting. While I'd like it to be by page, as long as it is account wide I expect it to behave consistently. This means that showing uncensored thumbnails of 18+ content in the notification view should not happen,
regardless of if I was the one posting that 18+ content.
Heck it even
puts the click-through on my own posts, it specifically the notification
center that ignores it. I could be sharing my screen under the
assumption such content would be hidden by my account wide preference
for 18+ content.
