Move or copy "post now" button to top of new post view

This one's kinda simple but also a very "this is how I use other sites so I want to keep doing that". the reasoning is that if I'm sharing a post and don't want to add anything to it, I don't wanna scroll all the way down again (and I'm sure other users have noticed cohost posts and chains can get very long) to hit the button.
I have a single-click reblog button on tumblr but I understand that might encourage mindless rechosting a little too much.

okay I'm stupid and didn't notice shift-click is a single-action rechost already. in my defense that isn't exposed anywhere ime
