Clicking the date link for a post takes you to an empty profile page

It seems to be intermittent, but I often find myself clicking a post's date to go to its discrete page, probably from habit built on twitter/et al.

When clicking this:

I get taken to the post page
Sometimes the post loads for a split second and then disappears
All that's left is the profile sidebar and other page elements
This does not happen when I click a post's Title
This doesn't occur when copying the post link from the date and pasting it into a new tab.
