The way that notification events get merged together in the notifications tab is extremely frustrating. Right now, I can't tell if someone followed me today or four months ago, because somehow four months ago is where the 2nd-most-recent grouping of "follow" actions starts. I know the people at the far right of the list were closer to four months ago, and I know the person on the left of the list is from today, but of the dozen or so in between.. no idea!!
And that matters a ton in terms of how I should behave towards them.
The same issue exists for all other notification event types as well.
If they absolutely must be grouped together, please at least let me hover over each little circle to see not only the username, but also the timestamp of the event. Thanks.
