Pulling down on almost any part of the site doesn't trigger a
refresh even though I have "pull to refresh" enabled in the browser.
There's one exception: The left side menu (with notifications,
bookmarked tags, etc. in it). With that menu open I can reliably trigger
a refresh by pulling down within the menu, but anything outside of the
menu still does not trigger the refresh.
