Ticket troubles.

Whenever i create a ticket, it disappears after a day or so.

When i first created a ticket it worked as expected but toward the end of that ticket i was warned that the ticket system may not respond at some point and i think I've hit that point.

Does anyone know what i should do to fix this or is this in cohost's backend? If it is cohost's backend, what should i do to continue my troubleshooting outside cohosts ticket system?
