If a user has an extremely long username, it's virtually impossible to see the options in the silence/block/report dropdown. You only see the end of the username. You can just, click one and check the confirm, but this seems like the one place where limiting the username length in the field would be useful. Sometimes that extra length is less funny and more annoying, but you can always just block those users... as long as you can click the button.
