Disabling asks should affect askers not hide the inbox for the askee

Currently, if you enable asks, get some asks in your inbox, and disable asks, the inbox disappears completely. I think it would be better for the inbox to remain (whether by default or optionally) so that people can continue to answer their asks without receiving new ones. A use case I can picture for this is if you are a fairly popular account and open asks in an AMA format, then want to cut off submissions after you suddenly have 1000 asks in your inbox, but then you'd want to catch up on the backlog. I think it's better for "you can't send me any more asks" to be separate from "asks don't exist anymore at all to me" when the inbox is still sitting there with things in it.
