OpenGraph og:description is never truncated, causing some consumers to ignore it

The og:description meta seems to contain the entire text of the post, even if it is very long. On some posts (e.g. this one where the og:description is over 26K characters), this seems to cause Slack to bail on generating an unfurl, even though it correctly generates unfurls for other Cohost posts:
The OpenGraph spec doesn't quite specify a length limit for the field, but it does say it should be a "one to two sentence description". One could argue that this is a Slack bug, and I mostly agree, but maybe Cohost could be a bit more conservative here and add some truncating for better interop?
