Editing a comment shows a "Replying to @myself" line

When I click the link for editing a comment, the comment box has a smaller header on top that says "Replying to @Osmose", presumably because it's reusing the reply editor UI. It should probably say "editing comment", assuming something more fancy (like replacing the entire comment body with the editor) isn't desired instead.
