Indicator that a chost won't be visible to logged-out users

Sometimes I'll share links to cool/informative chosts with friends who
aren't on cohost, but it'll turn out that the chost (or one of the
chosts earlier in the thread that it's replying to) is hidden from
logged-out users. It'd be nice to have some sort of visual indicator of
that when I *am* logged-in, so I'm not sending my friends links they
can't read.
