cohost can't be crawled: anything that isn't reposted by @staff or linked from somewhere else is invisible to search engines
on the other hand, major search engines no longer accept submissions from randos. URLs to be crawled must be submitted through webmaster tools, which are only available to the site owner
I wish there was a way to mark a post as publicly searchable, that would submit it to Google, Bing, etc.
