Looks like this is based on the width of profile posts being set to match the content - if a page on a profile only has very short sentences, the profile will shrink down to match. For an extreme example, here's a test page of mine with only a single post that says "test":
https://cohost.org/thepagewheremochiteststhings
Most pages will have at least one post on their page with a sentence long enough to wrap around, which means on most pages this isn't noticeable.

A very minor issue - when viewing posts on https://cohost.org/tmgbot they all seem to be much thinner than posts are on other pages. I've attached a screenshot of this page and of one that isn't affected for comparison.
The posts return to their usual size in tag view: https://cohost.org/tmgbot/tagged/tmgbot
I have tried this on the following and all show this weird behaviour:
- Firefox 119.0 on Ubuntu 22.04.3 (both logged in and out)
- Google Chrome 118.0.5993.88 on Ubuntu 22.04.3
- Google Chrome 118.0.5993.111 on Android 13
I haven't found any other profile pages that this happens on.
(This is quite possibly the most low priority cohost bug ever to exist but I thought I'd point it out anyways.)
