its weird how one of the coolest parts of the new following view just doesnt show up on mobile, its also quite slow to load the page you click every single time and go back, and there aren't any global page filters. so i believe it could be added by putting the post view to the bottom of the screen instead of the side, and making the page view a contained scroll.
