yea now that I have access I went and collected some previews that seemed a little worse than they could be
Confirming same as OP, looked and the body is always used instead of the headline/title. In cases where there is a headline/title and no body, [no text] is shown.
This now appears fixed

the text that shows you the latest post from a page is always the post body and never the headline
the notification view always shows the headline as the preview if there is one so idk if this is by design
