Cohost has two different settings pages, the user settings and the profile settings. It's quite easy to not realise they both exist, particularly with the profile settings only being available from your profile. I remember a lot of people needed it explaining to them when asks became a thing. A link somewhere on each of the pages saying something like "Can't find what you're looking for? Check the [other settings page]" might reduce any confusion.
