Replying to a Deleted Post Should Give an Explanatory Error Message

If a post gets deleted in between you open the compose window to reply and hitting send, you get a blank page when you hit 'post now'
Ideally it would be nice if you both got an error telling you the post you're replying to was deleted and the option to convert it to a standalone post
