Some way to review and verify asks I've sent would probably be the way to go for that specific problem, honestly. I'll still boost this though as it might help in other potential use cases (such as blacklisting keywords from asks to prevent multiple people from asking the same thing because they didn't know it was answered already).

A network hiccup while sending an ask can lead to a situation where the sender isn't sure whether the ask went through or not. If they try sending it again, they might accidentally send the same ask twice. It would be nice if asks were de-duplicated by sender + contents to prevent this from happening.
