Give the option to toggle between light and dark mode.
This is inspired by someone going off topic in the better dark mode feature request thread complaining that the better dark mode would mess up their blog themes. I do agree that the option to toggle instead of it being decided by solely system presets would be very useful even outside of blog themes. The system preset should remain the default with the option to turn it off, such as how you can manually turn it off on sites like Tumblr and Twitter.
