(UI/UX) Page jarringly repositions and resizes on longer headlines

Browser: Firefox 115.0.2
Experienced Behaviour:
While typing a new headline in the profile editor, the page repositioned itself and resized itself for each character typed after 23.
Expected Behaviour:
The page should remain relatively static, with only the particular section resizing/wrapping/what-have-you as necessary, as opposed to the entire page shifting.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. From the timeline/dashboard/whatever, click on the "Profile" navigation.
2. Click "Edit Profile".
3. Type a headline greater than 23 characters and watch the magic happen!
