Post Preview Image Size Is Larger than Actual Dimensions

Hello!
I've been attempting to use cohost! for some twitch announcements.
Despite my best intentions in using a smaller image (104 x 209 pixels) for my posts, the post preview screen resizes it much larger (~674 x 1354 pixels).
It is rather difficult to work with. I would appreciate any way to best work around this in the meantime, but I am unsure how to.
I've attached a PNG screenshot showing what it looks like on my end.
