I have an ask notification, but the inbox is empty. : cohost support

I’m not sure if this is exclusively a mobile issue, but I have 1 ask notification on my page. When I clicked to check on the inbox, nothing seem to show up.

This has happened to me too! And the badge never goes away.

It's my very first ask, if it's real, and I'd really like to see what it is!!! :(

I have anon asks on, if that could possibly be related.

I also have this issue, and after testing with some friends it looks like this only happens with asks coming from anonymous users who aren't logged in. I can see asks coming from logged-in users whether they're anonymous or not.

already replied on the other thread that Johan posted, but i'll add onto here too. i have been having this issue since asks were introduced. i can't view any asks that were sent by logged out users. the notification in my inbox won't go away because i can't read the asks because they don't show up. please fix!!!

Same. I've had one invisible ask for about a month, and a second one just popped up.
