Occurs when clicking outside of the posting box's bounds

The offending div is highlighted in the second screenshot

 Bug can be replicated on firefox using the following steps:

1. create a new post or re-post (re...bug? chost?)
2. click anywhere outside of the edit lightbox
3. Observe that the confirmation box has a lower z-index than the overlay
