on a somewhat similar note, if someone (someone is me, hi) made a comment on a post by someone who blocked them/me, then you can't see your comment, you can't see your post, and you definitely can't delete that comment if you wanted to (i would like to).
i feel like there should be a separate log of "your recent comments" and you could have the option to delete them if you wanted, but it might also be a good way to keep track of your activity, just for yourself

the post or comment still exists and can be interacted with by others, generating phantom notifications. but afaik neither I nor the OP are capable of interacting with it anymore while everyone else on the site, as well as logged-out users, will still see it
this is unusual/unexpected behavior, as i couldn't delete or edit the post even if i tried, but that would be the expected remedy from a report (or even if i just felt bad about it)
