Profile link privacy default to Page privacy setting

When making a Profile Link, the default is "visible to everyone". It might be handy, for pages set to "visible to only logged-in users", to default new Profile Links to "visible to only logged-in users" as well.
Potential counterpoint: Profile Links are part of the user's profile, which is visible regardless of "visible to only logged-in users" status; as such Profile Links make sense to inherit "visible to everyone" as default
