the ability to set visibility of profile links to 18+ users only

currently profile links can be made visible to everyone, only logged-in users, or pages you follow. but what about only users over the age of 18? this seems like a rather odd omission seeing as one may want to link to something that isn't appropriate for minors, such an F-list profile.
that of course may sound silly, but a convenient place to share one's adult interests ought to be as worthwhile as anything, but it's not really something one can do comfortably without the ability to have that link only appear for 18+ users.
