Shares with photo should indicate a photo was added

Just something to consider. Here, the 2nd and 3rd rows show my original photo I included, and the "shared your post and added" looks like it only added text. However, on the 1st row, it now shows a new photo which Em added in the share. I won't speculate on solutions but it would be great to have some indication of a photo having been added in a share in addition to just the title!

Or uh, "shares with image should indicate image was added". I guess I can't edit this to reflect the fact that I couldn't remember the word "image" until I posted this. oh well
