I made a post with a visual joke that would've been tedious for screen readers, but which was hidden with aria-hidden and described with aria-description. aria-description does not seem to be presented in the final page HTML; it would be nice to be able to describe an element for screen readers properly with a greater subset of the ARIA tags, unless there is a downside I'm unaware of.
