Someone made a reply to one of our comments that we can't read, and we do *not* need it to sit around in our notifications permanently. We seriously, really need to avoid reading that comment, but silencing the entire page would be too much. Being able to silence an individual notification just like we can silence individual posts would be perfect here. As it is now our mental health is at risk unless we silence an entire page.
The notification shouldn't be deleted permanently, as that would hit a different trigger of ours; a system exactly like the existing post silencing would work perfectly for this. And the API changes for the notification filtering should make individual notification hiding possible.
