As a user, my short term memory is fading and I find myself wondering, "Did I write about that already?" and being able to easily poke through some old tags would be helpful.
I am thinking about each page/project having a view that displays all used tags in alphabetical order.
There may have been some previous design decisions about the Pinned Tags so maybe this view is accessible only to the user?

This is likely a stop-gap between "Search your own content" and "Bulk Posts View".
