When I scanned my QR code for Cohost, the 2FA TOTP I got was named, by default, "undefined."
Still works, though. Just a weird name.

I had a similar thing happen. My 2FA app allows me to change the name, but it then wouldn't validate. Only after reading this, and trying again only NOT changing the name this time, was I able to get 2FA to work.
