There's about a minute-long delay before the login page loads when logged out, despite the landing page loading in a normal amount of time. Seems to happen regardless of browser (tested FF, FF iOS, Safari, and Vivaldi).

Looks like it went away! Probably something to do with the 2FA rollout if I had to guess
