posts involving silenced users are hidden-by-default in drafts

i started a draft in response to a post, saved draft, went to edit draft, draft was nowhere to be seen.


turns out, i had the OP of the thread i was responding to silenced. so i un-silenced the OP, went back to drafts, post appeared.


posts involving silenced users should be shown in the drafts, so that the drafts aren't 'lost'.
