Cohost UI explodes when disconnected from internet

The entire Cohost user interface promptly disappears entirely when a user disconnects from the internet. This occurs because the site itself automatically attempts to refresh itself and fails to obtain a necessary resource, causing everything within the "app" HTML class to get removed upon update.
