Option to not have muffle "speedbump" for certain tags

While CWs allow for blocking without seeing that it's blocked (referred to henceforth as a speedbump), tags generate a speedbump. what may be CWs for some may only be tagged things for others, and it would be helpful if there was a way to have some tags muffled as currently implemented (with the speedbump) and others fully blocked.
