Can't Navigate Entire Posting Field Text Box on Mobile with Drafts

On both Firefox Android and Chrome Android, I'm unable to navigate to see all of my lines of text in the posting text box.
If I open up a draft, I can only see the first 14 lines or so. I am unable to scroll to the bottom to see the rest of the text. A scrollbar isn't generated so I have no way to move up and down in the box. The box now expands to show the whole post if I try to write a new post, but if I save it and come back I can only get to the top 14 lines.
