The idea is to have a cohost Plus! feature for changing what the button on the post composer reads for your user account. Perhaps this could extend to a select set of other user interfaces across the website. Assuming that localization / language support is separately coming to the website eventually, this would not be meaningful functionality missing to non-Plus! users.
As a Plus! user, I would find this feature extremely silly and enable it immediately, changing "post now" to say "save draft" and changing "save draft" to say "post now".
