Bug Report: Scrolling panes on main feed at less than full width wiggle constantly (Vivaldi)

Hi, wanted to report a bug I've run into a couple of times in case it wasn't already a known issue (is there a known issue log somewhere?)

P.S. After some additional testing we are well and truly in browser corner-case territory but hey, maybe it points to something worth investigating.
Summary Imported content (in this case specifically tumblr) in a scrolling pane on the main feed will wiggle back and forth rapidly if the scrolling pane isn't at full width.
It does not occur when the post is opened into its own page, or on the feed page for the user that posted it.
Environment
- Vivaldi 5.6.2867.62 (Stable channel) (x86_64) - 2017 Macbook Pro running 13.2 (22D49) - Page display area ~ 1228x928
