Publishing a draft via edit (instead of using the "publish" button) does not reset the post timestamp

I had two drafts from July sitting around on my test page, and used them to debug an issue my partner hit.

For Draft 1 -- https://cohost.org/iliana-test/post/59540-test-from-eggbug-rs -- I clicked the "publish" button, which has the share icon shape. This updated the timestamp to today.

For Draft 2 -- https://cohost.org/iliana-test/post/59544-test-from-eggbug-rs -- I edited the post and flipped the "save draft" button to "post now" and clicked it. It published the post without updating the timestamp. This retained the timestamp.
