the bookmarked tags menu entry crashes cohost when a tag with "?" in it is bookmarked(the tag slug strikes again)

title says all, the regex `[^\/#\?]+?` does not match `Not exactly cats of cohost?` which crashes cohosts frontend. https://streamable.com/kylfgu
