filtered content warnings don't work when clicking on "1 new post"

* add something to the "**never** show me posts with these content warnings" section
* have someone you follow reblog something with that tag
* it creates a (1 new post) banner on your browser
* click the banner
* it shows you the post
refresh page post goes away

wow nice formatting idiot let me try with some more newlines
