On desktop, you can view timestamps by simply hovering over the "[x] hours ago" text on comments or posts. Obviously, most mobile devices don't have mouse cursors, so this option is not available there. It's a pretty small feature, but I think it'd be really nice to have something like a simple little tooltip dialog that shows the timestamp when you tap on the text.
