Ability to select multiple posts to add or remove tags from would be super handy.
Though, I feel this might require a bit of work; a page to see all past posts, select them, and either add a new tag to the selected posts or remove a tag from selected posts.
Mass selectionless tag removal might be an easier implementation (remove X tag from all posts by this user) instead of having to select posts to remove it from
