Noticed recently after new update that coalesces similar simple notifications together. Tested on Chrome 107 (Linux)
How to reproduce: click the "load more" button in the notifications screen (screenshots attached)
I'm not sure if this bug is global or specific to a certain combination of notifications on my feed
