I'm only able to use emojis on a platform if they're standardized for all users. When I discovered that apple devices still display their own emojis (the worst ones!) on twitter that killed emojis on the site for me. I always need to control for how ugly it is on iOS when I want to use one

Several platforms nowadays are using stuff like Twemoji to have a consistent style of emoji across different operating systems. I think it'd be nice for Cohost to do something similar. Having a consistent emoji style would be pretty beneficial, as it results in a much more consistent look across different devices. It might also be useful for anyone experimenting with CSS styling in their own posts or userscripts.
Admittedly, this is an incredibly minor and unimportant feature request, but it's certainly something I would personally enjoy having (especially since Microsoft emoji look absolutely awful).
