no-bookmarked-tags-placeholder on bookmarked tags page when no tags are bookmarked

when a page has no bookmarked tags, navigating to https://cohost.org/rc/bookmarks by clicking on the link at the top of the home feed presents an error that reads "no-bookmarked-tags-placeholder"


i have experienced this on firefox 107
