so i signed up like 3 weeks ago, realised immediately i'd used the wrong domain with my email so i couldn't verify, and requested help. That was processed within an hour and now i can log into the forums and make support tickets, but i still can't log into the actual site. I've had help tickets being processed for like a fortnight now but nothing has happened. Not sure what to do? Making a forum post probably isn't gonna achieve anything but it feels better than just checking the status of the tickets every day idk thanks everyone
