Clicking on the help link doesn't do anything. Console shows the following:

 followed by a log of the open event being triggered.

 Firefox 106.0.5 (snap) on Linux.

This is blocked by Privacy Badger. The EFF doesn't like Freshworks, apparently.

I don't have Privacy Badger installed, and I still get these errors. Adblock is disabled too. Firefox 109 (snap) on Linux.
