Make middle-click/ctrl-click/"Open Link In New Tab" work for notifications

Right now it seems like only the usernames in notifications are actual links (like, HTML <a> elements), so I can only click through to one post relevant to a notification at a time. Especially when I have a large number of notifications, or when cohost is overloaded, it would be great to have the posts be links so I can open things in new tabs.

agree! I thought I raised a request on this, but maybe I was wrong! It'd be great to be able to click through/new tab them if possible, depending on how notifications look to be revamped in general
